eSIM Activation Issues: If you experience technical difficulties during the activation of your eSIM, and our customer support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.

Non-Usage: Refunds will be considered if the eSIM has not been used or activated, and you contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

Incorrect Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the wrong eSIM plan and notify us before activation or usage, we can provide an exchange or refund.
